These terms govern access to the Individium website and platform. Matter-specific services may also be governed by separate engagement terms presented before work begins.
Platform purpose
Individium provides case intake, evidence organization, initial assessment, secure case-management tools, and professional coordination. The availability and scope of services depend on the facts, jurisdiction, professional requirements, and our acceptance of the matter.
No automatic professional relationship
Creating an account, submitting information, or paying a platform invoice does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Any such relationship requires the applicable professional engagement and acceptance.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use materials you are authorized to submit, protect your account credentials, respect the rights of others, and avoid using the platform for harassment, fraud, unlawful surveillance, fabricated claims, or abusive complaints.
Fees and additional services
The fixed $99 service covers only the scope shown at checkout or on the invoice. Legal representation, court and government fees, translations, experts, and third-party services are not included unless expressly stated. Additional costs require prior approval.
No guaranteed outcome
Individium does not guarantee content removal, account restrictions, court decisions, platform responses, settlements, or any other result. Outcomes remain subject to evidence, applicable law, third-party policies, courts, authorities, and professional judgment.
Acceptable use and suspension
We may restrict or close access where needed to protect users, professionals, the platform, or legal compliance. You remain responsible for retaining your own copies of important materials.
